There's nothing stopping you from doing that on a Mac. (Except, obviously, when the memory or video card spec changes, but that's an issue when changing motherboards as well.)

meeting his needs as economically as possible. I am going through such
times and this is why I have to do everything with thin pockets.

This is why I upgraded the processor and components on my old Mac so many times.
