Okay, fine, strike the parenthetical. The PC cases I've had to open
(all in the last 20 years) have all required a screwdriver, but I
freely admit that's by no means a representative sample.
Anyway, my point was not to bash Wintel boxes. I was merely pointing
out the absurdity of John's comments. If upgrading Mac desktops was
really "a pathetic endeavor at best," then it seems awfully silly of
Apple to have included a latch-release fold-down side panel and slide-
out HD and RAM sleds.
