I've heard horror stories like this before, my concern is that they're not even answering E-mail inquiries (it's been 3 weeks since I last wrote). Typically in Germany, I hear back within a day via E-mail. And it seems MOST libraries now use digital photographs or scan the manuscripts over microfilm. But at this point, in regards to the the Czech Republic, I'd be happy if they just wrote back. Thanks!
