Steve Powell at DVM Publications makes the Metronome font which comes
bundled with MetTimes, which includes box characters for rehearsals.
MetTimes contains a subset of Times mixed with a subset of Metronome so
music characters can be used in text. He will also provide a custom
MetWhatever font for you. I've used them for years and been very happy with
them.
