With all due respect, Will, now that you've found the manual, why not
just look up 'Glissandos' in the Index?
Because I still can't open the freaking thing.
I have Adobe Reader, but it doesn't open, so I converted 43 files or so into
rtf (I think) and now I have 43 copies of the index.
God thank I'm not a plumber.
