Hello List, I just bought a new HP LaserJet 5200dtn printer to work with my MacOS 10.4 and 9.2 computer environment.
I'm having a hard time configuring the printer to automatically print from tray 3 (12.5" x 9.5") whenever I print a music document. I was able to set this in the printer memory of my earlier HP 5000tn, but cannot figure out how to do it on my new HP 5200dtn. No what I set in the printer or computer memory, I constantly get a "Please load 9.5 x 12.5 size paper in tray 2" message every time I try to print a job onto the larger paper. I called HP support, and after 2 hours was finally told that this was an issue they were dealing with and would "eventually" be resolved. If anyone out there has any info to resolve this problem, please let me know. Thanks in advance, Brian Williams PS.
