Small clarification, please. My present computer is a 1992 PowerBook
G4, 550 MHz PowerPC G4, 256 MB SDRAM (whatever that means!). The new
computer I will get through the university this spring will be a
MacBook or MacBook Pro, 2.0 GHz, 2.16 GHz or 2.33 GHz Intel Core 2
Duo Processor, 2.0Gb memory.
I assume from various comments that (a) my present computer won't
work with GPO because there isn't enough memory, and that (b) my new
computer won't work with it because it doesn't work with the new
Intel chips. Am I right or wrong or both?
