uh... help?
i think i just discovered that word has a built-in limitation to the
document size, max. 22", does anyone know anything about this? i
have a custom page size set up for use with acrobat standard, and can
print from finale fine; the preset shows up in the page setup menus,
but it remains at A2 format.

this is like, a reeeeeally big problem, i need 42x70 (11cm longer
than A2 format) for title pages and notation legend.
doing it in finale is NOT an option, i have very precisely cascading
styles defined for all text types and finale does not offer the level
of sophistication i need for the layout of text and placement of
graphics and music font characters inline.
i have illustrator, but this doc needs to remain in a
commonly-available format, the composer will be getting this doc once
it is finished.
