Thanks David.  I realized I said P450, while I should had said P-III
450MHz.  Is it that slow for DVD movie?  My even older iBook G3 600MHz
plays DVD movies just fine.  I didn't think P-III 450MHz is that slow. 
Hmm.  I have to debate if I should try USB2.0 PCI card.

She is a church organist/music director so Finale is important (I bought
the 2nd license for her so we now have two licenses :-) but the reason
why she had to give up Mac was all the investment tools she needs won't
run on Mac.  These tools are running fine on P-III 450MHz so what I am
looking for her is cheaper the better.  Cheap, but not a crap, that's
the hard question.  Also support issue matters.  DELL sux.  I have
called DELL for my tower PC issues twice, and I will never call them again :-(
