Should is the operant word. We've discussed this before, and I've recommended getting the Postscript printer driver for the printer the company uses. Whenever I design for external printing, I do that, because subtle differences in the rasterizer can change the appearance of fine elements -- of which there are many in Finale lines and curves. Were this my project, I would first contact Lulu.com to obtain their target printer and get the Postscript driver (Adobe has hundreds available on their site). Print/compile Postscript to that device, and then send the PDF to Lulu.com and pay for a test copy.
