You're thinking of a very small number of things that you actually want
to match between score and parts.
Things you DON'T want to match necessarily:
Page layout:
systems per page
bars per system
system margins
page reduction
system reduction
staff reduction
Other things:
Cues
Conductor-only text blocks
Performer-only text blocks
Text size for lyrics
I'm sure there are other things which would create total havoc with a
score if they matched the parts.
Perhaps coming up with a fixed list of exactly what items you would want
to match exactly between score and parts which you could apply such a
command to after editing a part might be a better idea.
