Dear Johannes,
I have been having a terrible time with losing font selections when
loading a Document Options Library into a new 2k7 document converted
form an earlier version. Many font selections are lost - not only
measure numbers. No one has been able to explain this.

Just as a follow up: I did this, but it turned out to be a very
inadequate way of doing it, and I will not do this again.
Amongst the things lost are
-metatools
-expression staff lists
-textblocks
-measure number settings (including the font)
and numerous other things which make my work a real pain the ...
Personally I have come to the conclusion that simply deleting the
music is by far the most economic way of dealing with this.
