For those who have been following the sordid tale of my printer woes
with bated breath, I am happy to report that the new registration and
paper feed clutches -- installed today by Derek the Ricoh tech --
appear to have solved the problem. (Knock on wood... )
Of course, the final bill for fixing this issue is almost $100 more
than I paid for the printer and duplexer in the first place, but at
least I'm back in business again. For now. I hope.
