The decision of whether to indicate repeats or write them out depends on lots of things, including personal taste, and you'll likely get a long philosophical discussion here in reply to your question. But given the information you've provided -- that the D.S. would require a backwards page turn, and that the coda would require flipping several pages -- I would say you should definitely write this one out in full. Just my $0.02.
