Someone said Japan and Germany are the only two countries the public
transportation runs on schedule, even bus running in a somewhat
unpredictable bad traffic.  If a train gets late for 1 min, the evening
news will report it in Japan.  Granted, they don't report if a bus got late.

So, if you left your home 5 min earlier, you will have 5 extra minutes :-)
