You mean they participate in no online activities at all. That you may be encountering this only on the Finale list may be true. But I've encountered in many, many online venues. I forwarded it to many people, some of whom had already seen it. Yes, most of those were musically-oriented, but they all have email. I can't believe that out of 1,097 people there aren't at least a few who would have the online connections to have encountered discussion of the whole thing and would realize they'd walked by it, and then not speak up somewhere. There were a few who participated in the online chat with the article's author, but I still wonder where all those other people are. Maybe they really were completely oblivious to the whole thing. Or maybe they don't consume media in any form, online or not. Or maybe they were there and just don't recall it at all (probably the most likely, I guess, as it was nearly 3 months ago). -- David W.
