What, positing a supposition is musical colonialism?

Did I say that they WOULD discover it, that they had an inherent NEED to discover it? That it was dictated by natural law and they were somehow subhuman for not using it in their musics yet?

Not everybody who doesn't share your view is a musical colonialist. whatever that actually means. William Billings was a musical colonial, I believe.
