Anyone else experiencing the following aberration when using the
Expression Tool in Mac-07? I create an expression (such as a
rehearsal number, or cresc.) and place it in my score, and it
"jumps" to a location other than where I have pointed. It is
sometimes misplaced as much as one staff, or one measure.
I then delete it, and re-place it, and it is fine.
Just an observation.

Yes, I get this all the time. Great feature.
It only occurs on the first entry of a score expression.
The text always jumps down a couple of staves from where the initial
click point was.
The 2nd and consecutive times you apply it, it will always go in
correctly.
Hitting clear does not always clear the position back to default
(certainly not if it is a score exp. as opposed to a staff exp.)
I still have to find a fix, I've tried respacing, updating, un-
updating, deleting notes, starting with blank file etc, etc. and it
always behaves the same way.
Guess we have to wait until Finale 2010 for an update fix.
