I'm trying to initialize SoftSynth in Finale 2007, but an error message keeps coming up saying "Cannot initialize Softsynth playback. Another application may be using the audio device.[not true] Choosing an alternate MIDI OUT device will allow playback." Also, when writing or playing back drum parts, instead of hearing snare drum (patch 38), I'm hearing D2 on the keyboard and instead of hearing bass drum (patch 36), I'm hearing C2 on the keyboard, even when not using MIDI keyboard entry. I'm using a Dell Inspiron with Windows XP Pro. Thanks in advance.----Brian P.S.--this happened after creating a custom Percussion Map
