whole chord?
Not for someone used to and skilled at accompanying from chord
symbols, which includes virtually all rhythm section players. That's
why getting the chord symbol right is so important, and why different
people have different opinions on it. And also why the opinions of
those who work daily with jazz players may differ from those who work
with pop musicians. Besides, if you notated it you would be
specifying a particular voicing, which might not fit with what a
given player is doing.
