The hyphen bug hasn't been addressed. I just heard from MM:

That's not quite what I meant. I realize that many bugs haven't been
addressed. I don't often work with lyrics, so the hyphen bug is not a
major problem for me, but I have numerous other bugs I need to work
around constantly.
What I meant was, all in all does 2k8 have a similar number of annoying
bugs, or are at least a few fixed and none (well) reintroduced?
