I honestly don't know! You're saying it doesn't load in Claris, but what matters is if it's visible via a web browser. Can you open the file via the FILE | OPEN in your web browser and see if the file displays? It could be that the file is not really a JPG, I guess, but that seems a really remote possibility. -- David W.
