Greg Hamilton, a good copyist engraver, who uses both according to the requirements of his employers, says that Bill's chord fonts are not importable into Sibelius. I would find it hard to give them up. Greg much prefers working in Finale, but I don't know how much of that is a result of his being more familiar with the program.

That's all I know.

Has anyone who uses Bill Duncan's templates been able to move them to
Sibelius successfully? I have a lot of music and work procedures based

I'm considering switching to Sibelius from Finale06, after having
tried out the demo for Sib5. I'm not sure if this is a case of the
grass being greener. Mu uses are as composer and self-publisher.

I use Sibelius for work in Baroque music. I like the end results a lot
better than Finale, because it's easier to use, and the cust service
support from Sibelius is much more supportive. I've known two long
time users of Finale switch this year to Sibelius 5. The program isn't
nearly as buggy as Finale.

Also, is there a listserv for Sibelius where I might lurk and find
out what the current users are experiencing?
