Anyone experienced it? I think you have always been able to select only the unit of the time signature, eg you have to select half a bar in 2/2. (Except _sometimes_ you _can_ select a shorter duration, but I've found no consistency). You have to do something like this: For that one measure, change the time sig to 8/8, select "show different time sig" in the dialog box and put in 4/4.
