Disk Warrior has no function to recover file.  It only repair/optimize
directory header.  Because it is designed to do only one thing, it works
extremely well for that particular task.

For the original poster, as Darcy mentioned, File Salvage is a good
bet.  DataRescueX II also works well.  In some particular cases where
both failed, you might have a good luck with TechToolPro as the last resort.
