I realize I didn't address this directly. The aggressive Eliot estate (in the guise of Faber and Faber) should they notice this composition, would make life miserable anyway. Like the nutcase administering the Joyce estate, the Eliot estate and their stable of lawyers go after any implications of use, and their success is measured by economic suppression as well as income generated from licensing. Think "Cats" and the $2 million-plus earned in its first six years and the lack of other settings of post-1923 Eliot poetry.
