It is possible to copy a SINGLE optimization to one or a range of
systems - but as far as I know it is not possible to copy a RANGE of
systems to another region. You would have to copy one at a time...

I think Darcy does indeed want to shift the optimization, and this
works fine with TGTools.
However, it does surprise me that copying doesn't seem to be able
(as in the example you give). Is that true?
