I used FIN-MAC 2008a to open a Finale file of a trombone sextet I had arranged in 1998 (on Finale 97b) of “Tangerine.” The file imported to 2008a just fine in Scroll view (and Studio view, too BTW). But the music is invisible in Score view—all that shows is the “title” and “arranged by.” I next created parts (with Manage Parts.) All 6 parts appear just fine. I printed everything. Parts print fine, but the score prints as a blank page (except for the title).

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make the score visible?
I guess the first question is whether you have updated layout. That would probably be the very first thing I did. Next, you don't say that you checked to see if the music perchance starts on a later page than you expect, so that would be the next thing I'd check. When I've had "avoid margin collision" selected, and the margins were the slightest bit larger than I expected, this has caused the music to be moved back to a later page. If you're only seeing one page in the score, (that is, you can't advance to a second or later page), I'd try adding blank pages at the end of the score using the "add pages" item in the page tool menu. Next thing I'd be inclined to do is to increase the paper size in Finale (I'm on a Win based machine, where it's under the page layout tool, but I don't know for certain where it is in the MAC Menu hierarchy, I might note here that I do NOT mean the paper size in the print menu dialog box, or the printer driver) and see if you can see the music further down the page than you expect.
