You could check the system margins settings. I'd be willing to take a
look, if you send me the file.

Robert, I suspect you are correct that the problem resides in my
original 97b version of Finale. Unfortunately, I cannot open that
application on my Mac in OS 10.4. I have nothing that supports the
former OS.
