When I called Roadrunner and explained the situation, they told me that someone administratively at Finale list needs to go to the following URL:

Sorry, but it doesn't work that way. There is no reason for your ISP
listing shsu.edu on their block list. shsu.edu isn't Hotmail or Yahoo
mail. If your ISP doesn't wont to resolve on their end, your option is
to get another email account, like gmail. This list is ran by a
volunteer and a request for acting on your ISP issue might not be
answered. I admin other MailMan2 based user group, and I won't do it. Another list I participate banned Hotmail users because of their bounce rate.

Actually this list isn't really run by Henry Howey, as I understand things. He is nominally the list owner and definitely the founder, but it is handled automatically by the servers at Sam Houston State University. And if that's like most university situations, Henry can only gently request that something be done by the folks who do the actual work on the servers.

I agree that there is no reason for RoadRunner to block shsu.edu and that rather that the burden fall on shsu to prove they aren't spam, the burden should be on roadrunner to prove that they are.

And I definitely agree that the easiest solution is simply for Martin to set up a free e-mail account and only use it for Finale, if he so chooses.
