Good question, and one that only you can really answer.
What I have found in working with Sibelius5 is that it is as easy to
get
data entry as Finale's Speedy Entry is. I can do the initial entry
equally fast in both programs. What I like in Sib5 is that you can
ctrl-click to select non-contiguous objects to work on --
application of
a large number of articulations is easier in Sib5 than in Finale up
through 2008 (I can't speak for 2009)...............
