I did get a chance to follow the discussion of the
issue with Bill's fonts but I just haven't had time to
get to the bottom of what was originally wrong. In the
future I think I would only supply the TTF versions, as
that should be cross-platform and high-enough quality.
So I'm not sure whether that would help people...
I know, it's a bit like saying you have to have Vista in
order to run a particular piece of software.
I did get as far as starting on the "Fonts and Encodings"
book from O-Reilly but it's ~1,000 pages...
If someone can clear this up, I'd be happy to make the
materials available within the terms of the licensing
agreement, so that everyone is up-to-date.
