As much as I would love to have a reliable and quick way to deal with
my Finale concerns, I think it would be quite an investment to have
someone field questions in an official manner. I could easily see
this requiring a full-time job (or several).
I know we are worth it! But from a business point of view, I'm not so sure.
Besides, I'm sure MM considers their tech support and their forum to
serve in this way. A (polite) case can be made that these services
need improving, but that's a different argument.
