Hi, I'm on Finale 2009, but I remember that this also was a problem in 2008.
If I click assign a line of text to a line of notes, I get 2 wordextensions lines where there only should be one. Selecting the Edit Word Extensions menu shows that there is now 2 small squares next to the notehead. The 2 lines are different in size, the upper is heavier!
I have to remove the lower line manually!! Anyone with the same experience?
