I asked on the MM forum for a PDF manual for 2008 and one existed; Carla gave
me the URL, and I downloaded it and printed it all out.
I'll bet that a request for a 2009 manual in PDF format might yield similar
results. I'll try it or you can.

Since MM seems disinterested in producing a paper edition of the manual,
wouldn't it be useful to be able to purchase essentially a hard copy of
the html through a print-on-demand publisher like Lulu.com?
