Henry, The problem for some of us is that our service providers (Comcast in my case) are blocking messages from SHSU so we never receive bounce messages. We see no messages on a busy list, feel deprived (in my case) and then we contact you. An IT person from SHSU needs to receive the bounce messages and then contact the service provider to resolve the problem.
