I've done a couple of projects (Symphonic Band) where I used GPO and VDL 2.5.1 and I haven't noticed any sort of timing issues on my Tower PC. I noticed a tiny lag when I use my notebook, but not when I use my Tower. I also have the CoMB set that I incorporate as well.
