You don't need anything to run it. It should run just fine. Especially
since you have a large amount of ram.

If you wanted to use the Garritan player for a software synth for live
performance, then you'd need to get a sound card that could give you
tolerable latency (ie: the delay you'd hear when you press a note and
hear it......).

But for playback with Finale, it should be fine. My old athlon XP
machine which is now 5 years old can play Garritan sounds through it's
internal sound just fine.
