You go to the part that you want to copy from and then in the Parts window you highlight from a list which parts you want it copied to then click the Copy layout button. I was very impressed. It seemed to be better than TGTools in that it does a good job copying not only layout but I think it improves the positioning of other elements such as rehearsal numbers and Metronome markings.
