As long as we are taking things off the list, I am not convinced that Haydn's Drum Roll Symphony (mvt.4, intro) really quotes the Dies Irae either.

I once amused myself by "proving" that numerous famous themes, including all four movements of Mozart's clarinet quintet and the opening to the Rite of Spring, were all variations on "The Sidewalks of New York." You gotta watch out for that sort of thing.
