Not sure if this related to your problem, but I have all sorts of
little anomalies with my M-Audio keyboard and Finale 2010. I don't
have Snow Leopard.
When I open a new document, the keyboard is silent. The only way to
get it to work is to start "play" in the playback controls, then it
works.....sometimes.....but sometimes I have to go to speedy entry and
click in a measure to get it to work.
And now it doesn't sound when I'm in speedy entry and I want to alter
the pitch of a note by grabbing it and sliding it up or down the
staff. It used to do that and I find it very useful to hear the notes
so that I know I've got the right one!
