Some of us have been waiting for this for longer than I can remember! I think this was my first question to the Finale list when I joined it in 1995 (?).

Hmm, you know what I've been asking for since the 1990s? For "enter" to work on the previous chord when you're entering music in Speedy qwerty. Any chance they've finally done that? That's probably the one thing that would make me upgrade just for one feature alone.

It's absurd that this still doesn't work. Every other speedy keystroke applies to the prior entry -- sharp, flat, show accidental, flip stem, break beam. Even clear works, which is pretty much the complement of enter. So why the heck doesn't enter work? Enter even causes the note to playback again, so it's obviously doing something, but it won't actually add the note. That's just ridiculous.
