Where and when will the first of these seminars or series of seminars
ab out digital new music notation seminar occur? I would like to be there; however, I most likely cannot afford the price of admission. I'm hoping that Christopher Smith's suggestion for documentation of the seminar will be forthcoming for those of us who are on retirement income. I need some new input about contemporary digital music notation. The suggestion about composers and clients is an important consideration, also. After all, there is only us! Looks like you have it covered. The only thing I see missing is something about talking to composers/ clients. You mentioned a few times with me about how part of your job was education and how hard it was to tread a fine line between pissing off the client and helping him. That is something I haven't mastered yet, and few geeks have, either.
