I didn't look at standard frame as I assumed that was what I already
had.
Custom frame had no option..
I knew it would be easy!

Well, you can try putting text on the page with a box around it. <g>
After you've put your text on the page, use the Text Tool to select
the frame, then from the Text menu choose Standard Frame. This
dialog will let you set the thickness of the box and the margins
between the box and the text.
