Does it change the spelling of accidentals? 
Composer's Mosaic used to do something like that, 
but not automatically as I recall.  (In fact very 
little was automatic, except for linked parts, 
which it had about 20 years before anyone else!) 
And it would make a difference between 
"identical" key signatures.

Sibelius insists on the same choices, and it 
doesn't seem to change the spelling, which is 
quite annoying.
