You can label the rehearsal marks clearly so that even though the 
enclosures don't appear in the selection screen, by placing the cursor 
on the various ones, you can see the name change at the bottom of the 
dialog, so if she creates the rehearsal mark with circle enclosure, it 
might look like the one that installs with Finale called 
"Auto-sequencing Rehearsal Letters With Rectangular Enclosures" but if 
she labels it "Rehearsal Letters with Circular Enclosures" it should be 
easy enough to find the correct one.

I admit that it's not as clear as it could be, but it is possible for a 
user to select the proper one without placing it in the score and then 
looking at the music to see which one got placed.
