If you mean with all of the instruments in the various parts you've created and changed, I don't think that can happen -- playback is of the score, so whatever you've set up in the score itself is what you will hear on playback. If you want to hear all of the possible instruments at the same time, then I think you'll need to create a score with all of the possible staves, then hide the staves you don't want showing. -- David H.
