Aha!  I think you are right.  Once you have moved triangle 3, that baseline is 
set for that staff on that line on that page, and I do not know of a way to 
reset this globally.  I hadn't considered that circumstance.  I don't think 
anything happens when you drag that triangle in scroll view.
