I can answer that. Short answer: No, color is not included in any font definition data. Longer answer: Theoretically you could design your own font definition to be whatever you want, but if it's not standard the software packages won't support it, so unless you're writing your own composition software as well it doesn't do you much good. There are a few innovative typefaces which are designed to be multi-color. That is, there is a font for each color and you print one on top of each other with a different color for each.
