can anyone confirm this on PC? and on F2011? what about macfin2012c? (i am on mac 2012b)
i have been having problems getting my articulations to work properly (copied settings over from my 2010 template into a brand new 2012 template) when below the notehead and have finally discovered that the 0 for default and vertical position has been changed. in 2010, the outer part of the notehead (opposite from the stem) is the 0 point, while in 2012, when below the note (above is as before), the 0 is the middle of the note (vertically). i have not been able to get a setting that works to my satisfaction because of this. here is 2010 (top) and 2012 (bottom) with the same settings: http://newmusicnotation.com/TEMPFILES/F2010-2012_articposition.pdf here is F2012 with all positioning settings at zero: http://newmusicnotation.com/TEMPFILES/F2012_articpositionzero.pdf very silly. _______________________________________________ Finale mailing list [email protected] http://lists.shsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/finale
